He has been practicing medicine for over 50 years, beginning his career as a family practice physician. In 1963, he began specializing in Dermatology. His vision, along with that of Dr. Anderson, was to build a practice where people like you could get the finest dermatology medicine in the area. He has seen that vision fulfilled at Dermatology Associates of Tyler.

Dr. Rossman is currently working two days a week. He enjoys caring for his patients, but at the same time being able to travel and enjoy his much-deserved time off. He has no plans for retirement since he is having the best time of his life. Dr. Rossman instilled into the members of the staff at Dermatology Associates of Tyler the underlying principle of care. "Taking care of patients is what we do. I can't emphasize the word 'care' enough." His entire career is living proof of that.
